I've been around real estate transactions for more than 20 years. I started EZ Notary Services in July 2024 because I watched too many top producers have their closings turn into fire drills at 4 PM on a Friday — not because the realtor did anything wrong, but because the signing vendor treated their client like a transaction instead of a person.
The EZ Concierge Club is my answer to that. Your clients should leave their closing feeling cared for, and you should get the credit for it.

Does membership cost anything?
No. The Club is invite-only and we cover all program costs. Members never pay.

How do I qualify?
Top-producing realtors in Sarasota and Manatee. Application review considers closing volume, client experience track record, and fit with the Club's standards.

What do members commit to?
Just one thing. Members ask their preferred title company to use EZ Notary Services as the closer on their clients' signings. That's the entire commitment — your title company follows your lead, and we take care of everything from there.

What if I'm not selected?
We respond to every application within 48 hours. Members not selected are added to the wait list for consideration when openings become available.

When does the pilot year start?
Founding members are onboarded starting June 2026. Update meetings are scheduled at each member's preference — quarterly, monthly, or as needed.

Can I refer another agent?
Yes. Each member can nominate one additional agent per year.
